Albert & Friends Instant Circus began in the parks of West London in 1983. It is the largest youth circus theatre troupe in the UK and offers a comprehensive weekly circus workshop programme.

You can learn traditional circus skills - aerial (static trapeze, web rope, tissue and aerial ring), walking globe, tightrope, stilt walking, uni-cycling, rolla rolla, diabolo, hula hoop, juggling and pois. You can do it just for fun or to take the first steps to achieve a professional qualification.

Open to anyone, aged from 3 years to adults, who want to open the door to the fabulous world of CIRCUS CIRCUS CIRCUS.
