RIVERSIDE'S REQUIREMENTS

Artistic Director William Burdett-Coutts says: 'Riverside is delighted to be able to expand its highly successful website even more. We hope to provide all our visitors with easier access to information about our programme of events and all the other activities held at Riverisde Studios. We are delighted to be able to expand our online sales and give you even more opportunities to buy tickets for the Riverside.'

CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN

Construction and development of Riverside Studios site has been managed by media specialists Out Europe.

Project Manager Mike Gray says: 'We wanted to produce a site that's stylish, easy to navigate and communicates the open nature and the sheer buzz of all aspects of the Riverside Studios. It's an exciting place to build a website for as it's one of London's best venues.'

The interface, design and overall look of the Riverside Studios site has been produced in collaboration with design consultants 3 Men and a Suit based in Southampton.

Senior Designer Darren Collins says: 'This was an exciting project to work on, as the brief was to come up with a bold clear site for incredibly design-literate clients and end-users, that would also communicate a vast quantity of information.'

OPERATION AND TECHNOLOGY

Guy Hornsby of Out Europe developed the database software which drives the site.

'I spent a long time talking to the team at Riverside Studios about their requirements. Paramount was the need to enable staff to update the site quickly and easily so programme additions and changes could be posted as soon as possible. The latest changes give customers of Riverside Studios some extra peace of mind that their email information and personal data is secure and won't be misused or given to others.'
